In compliance with the record-keeping requirements of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2257, and the implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. To the extent that any visual depictions appearing on the Website are subject to the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, all required records verifying the age and identity of the persons depicted are maintained in accordance with applicable law and the implementing regulations.

The relevant records for visual depictions generated through the Website's artificial intelligence systems, to the extent required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, will be made available for inspection by authorized law enforcement officials by the Custodian of Records upon request.
