1. Overview
This Refunds & Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work on Overpass. By using Overpass, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Plans
Overpass offers two subscription types:
Monthly Subscription
- Price: $14.99 USD per month
- Renews automatically every month until canceled.
Yearly Subscription
- Price: $143.88 USD per year ($11.99/month, 20% discount compared to monthly rate)
- Renews automatically every year until canceled.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
3. Auto-Renewal Disclosure
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Overpass (via our third-party payment processor) to:
- Automatically charge your payment method on each renewal date
- Continue charging until you cancel your subscription
You will receive email receipts for all charges from our payment processor.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your Overpass account settings
- Or by contacting us at support@tryoverpass.com
Cancellations apply to future billing cycles.
You will continue to have access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.
Overpass does not charge cancellation fees.
5. Refunds
All payments and refunds are processed directly by our authorized third-party payment processor.
Overpass does not store payment information and does not issue refunds directly.
To request a refund, subscribers must contact our payment processor using the instructions provided in their receipt or transaction confirmation.
Refund approvals are subject to the payment processor's policies.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, you must:
- Contact our payment processor through the support information provided in your receipt
- Allow them an opportunity to resolve the issue
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your Overpass account.
7. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:
- Our payment processor may automatically reattempt the charge
- Your subscription may be paused until payment is completed
- If payment cannot be processed, access to premium features may be suspended
8. Pricing Changes
We may adjust pricing in the future. If we do:
- You will receive at least 30 days' advance notice
- Changes apply only to future renewals
- You may cancel before the updated price takes effect
